Our mission is simple:
We want to share our love of sailing

Founded in August 2000 as a 501(c)(3) foundation, CBYSF helps reduce the hurdles required to learn to sail by offering sailing scholarships for all levels.

We Support:

  • Organizations that want participants to experience sailing (shelters, scouts, school groups)
  • Learn-to-Sail programs
  • Grants for any level of competitive sailing
  • Increasing community access to water-based activities
  • Safety equipment for programs in need
  • Coaching certification and CPR programs
